Step into a new season of life with Menopause Yoga—a 4-week masterclass designed to support you through the physical, emotional, and mental shifts of menopause.
 
Each 75-minute session blends therapeutic yoga, calming breathwork, and mindful meditation, giving you a practical toolkit to ease symptoms, restore energy, and cultivate resilience. Our practices draw from Restorative, Yin, Hatha, and gentle flow sequences—specially adapted for menopause—to help with:
  • Managing stress, anxiety, hot flushes, and sleep disturbances
  • Supporting bone health, balance, and mobility
  • Restoring energy, vitality, and emotional equilibrium
  • Reframing menopause as an empowering transition into Second Spring
You’ll also explore journaling and reflective exercises to deepen self-awareness and reframe this life stage as a powerful opportunity for renewal.
 
Whether you are navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, this series offers both guidance and community. Together, we’ll nurture body, mind, and spirit so you feel educated, empowered, and ready to embrace your next chapter with confidence.
 
Beth will tailor this four-week masterclass to those of you in the series—the practices will change depending on what stage you are at in your menopause journey. Please expect a questionnaire from Beth that you will be asked to fill out prior to the workshop start date. You will not be singled out, but the yoga and breathwork will be beneficial for the whole group
