A supportive space for caregivers who want relief without guilt and steadiness without burning out. This class isn’t about doing more or fixing everything, it's about learning how to care with ground under you.

Strength In Motion

Build strength and confidence as you move with purpose. This class uses a mix of bodyweight and weights-based exercises designed to challenge your muscles, improve posture, and increase stability. 

Vision & Vibes 

A grounding workshop to help you begin your day with intention instead of urgency. This is a quiet, pressure-free space to check in, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with what matters.

Rising

Expand, grow and move forward with intention.

As you continue to grow, you begin to move with more confidence and purpose. Rising is about stepping forward with clarity and applying what you have learned in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

Heart Of Nourishment

Nourishment is more than food — it’s what feeds your body, mind, heart, and spirit. In this reflective and creative workshop, you’ll be guided through visualization and self-discovery to explore what true nourishment means to you.

Energy In Motion

All levels movement class focused on building stamina and endurance through functional exercises and gentle flow. The class emphasizes mindful movement, confidence, and finishing class feeling energized and supported.

Grace Notes

This class offers a blend of calm, uplift, and transformative energy, guiding you toward emotions that both energize and ground you. Think of it as a tending your inner world so you can begin the day feeling better on purpose.

Wisdom Rising

A weekly space for women in midlife to reconnect with their strength, confidence, and inner wisdom. Together, we explore a holistic “menopause toolkit”—covering movement, nutrition, stress and sleep support, mindset practices, and community connection.

Habit Lab

A supportive, action-oriented class where intention turns into momentum. Together, we experiment with small, sustainable changes, use habit tracking to notice patterns and progress, and build habits that actually stick.

2-Bite Tuesday

An eye-opening workshop that helps you slow down and truly notice your food—and your life. Through simple practices, you’ll build awareness, reconnect with your body, and shift from eating on autopilot to eating with intention.

Grounded Communication

Develop a sense of strategy and find the right words to say to cultivate understanding and cooperation in difficult situations. Learn ways to manage the emotional side of communication and conflict.
