Class Descriptions

Plan Your Week w/Coach Emily Create a calendar/meal/exercise/work plan for your week that you feel confident in following. This is essentially a study hall session to plan your week with a coach available for questions and coaching on calendar follow through. 

Sustainable Weight Health w/Coach Emily Covering a variety of topics related to weight health, common obstacles we all face and strategies we can learn to pair with those obstacles. 

Handling Heartache w/Coach Emily Grief has many stages and waves of emotions that go along with it.  You don't need to navigate those waters alone.  Coach Emily holds an intimate space for you to connect with others who carry grief, while also gently nudging you not to discount the potential that your life still holds. 

All About Me- Human Behavior w/Coach Emily Explore why we do what we do. This class examines thought patterns, emotional habits, and the psychology of personal growth. Insightful, structured, and thought-provoking.

Tangled w/Coach Emily This is a focused space for untangling complex relationship patterns—especially with narcissistic traits. You’ll gain clarity, name what’s true, and begin to reclaim your sense of self.

Compassionate Self Care w/Coach Emily Come together each week to talk about practicing compassionate self care, identify where you are needing that compassion most and why we are too hard on ourselves at times. It's possible to level-up our life experiences and add depth in a way that feels loving, patient and kind.  This class teaches you how.

Made2Move w/Coach Rebecca 
Feel strong. Feel Empowered. Feel Energized. You are resilient, adaptable, and built for movement. Made2Move blends functional strength, mobility, balance, and low‑impact cardio to support your life—and your right to move with confidence. This class helps you feel strong, capable, and empowered in everyday life. EveryBody belongs here.
