Not Sure Where To Start?
Every journey is unique, but if you’re unsure where to begin, we recommend starting with Rooted, then moving through Resilient, and finally Rising. Each stage builds on the last, helping you grow with clarity and purpose.
Rooted
Grounded in Awareness
Growth begins with understanding yourself. Being rooted helps you slow down, reconnect, and build awareness so you can make small, meaningful shifts that support your daily life. Classes that help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Just Begin
In this gentle, guided class, for anyone standing at the edge of something new and feeling unsure how to start. This class is about learning how to recognize your thoughts, understand your emotions, and begin practicing the tools that help you grow stronger roots. Come take the first honest step— and then the next one — without pressure, overwhelm, or self-criticism.
Refreshed & Ready
Give yourself a midweek moment to breathe, reset, and get clear. In this workshop, we’ll slow down long enough to notice what’s weighing on your mind, sort through the mental clutter, and choose one simple next step that brings you back into focus. You’ll leave feeling lighter, steady, and ready to move through the rest of your week with clarity and confidence.
Resilient
Build strength and steadiness through life's challenges.
Life’s challenges do not define you, they refine you. Building resilience helps you move through change with strength, grace, and emotional clarity. Tools, conversations, and support to help you navigate stress, relationships, caregiving, grief, and change.
Grief and Growth
Grief has many stages and waves of emotions that go along with it. You don't need to navigate those waters alone. This class holds an intimate space for you to connect with others who carry grief, while also gently nudging you not to discount the potential that your life still holds.
Strength In Motion
Build strength and confidence as you move with purpose. This class uses a mix of bodyweight and weights-based exercises designed to challenge your muscles, improve posture, and increase stability. Open to all levels - whether you’re just beginning or ready to challenge yourself, you’ll leave feeling steady, empowered, and more confident in how your body moves.
Rising
Expand, grow and move forward with intention.
As you continue to grow, you begin to move with more confidence and purpose. Rising is about stepping forward with clarity and applying what you have learned in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. Movement and growth-oriented classes for building confidence, energy, and momentum.
Heart Of Nourishment
Nourishment is more than food — it’s what feeds your body, mind, heart, and spirit. In this reflective and creative workshop, you’ll be guided through visualization and self-discovery to explore what true nourishment means to you. You’ll create your own “nourishment menu” and reconnect with intention and compassion for your well-being.
Grace Notes
A unique space where music and poetry meet reflection. This class offers a mix of calm, uplift, and transformative energy, guiding you toward emotions that both energize and ground you; peace, clarity, connection, and lightness. Let the notes guide you into deeper awareness and access feelings you may not otherwise know how to reach. Think of it as tending your inner world so you can begin the day better on purpose.
2-Bite Tuesday
An eye-opening workshop that helps you slow down and truly notice your food—and your life. Through simple practices, you’ll build awareness, reconnect with your body, and shift from eating on autopilot to eating with intention. Come curious, come open, come as you are. Let two small bites be the beginning of a much bigger change.
