Rooted Weight Health

Covering a variety of topics related to weight health, common obstacles we all face and strategies we can learn to pair with those obstacles. 

Grief and Growth

Grief has many stages and waves of emotions that go along with it.  You don't need to navigate those waters alone.  Coach Emily holds an intimate space for you to connect with others who carry grief, while also gently nudging you not to discount the potential that your life still holds. 

UnTangled

A gentle, solution-oriented relationship series for anyone who wants to feel steadier, clearer, and more connected—in their relationships and within themselves. Together, we’ll shift attention from what’s broken to what’s possible, exploring gratitude, communication, forgiveness, and loving kindness through a practical, compassionate lens.

Care without Collapse

Care Without Collapse is a supportive space for caregivers who want relief without guilt and steadiness without burning out. This class isn’t about doing more or fixing everything. It’s about learning how to care with ground under you.

Strengthen, expand, and move forward.

Movement and growth-oriented classes for building confidence, energy, and momentum. 

Heart Of Nourishment

Nourishment is more than food — it’s what feeds your body, mind, heart, and spirit. In this reflective and creative workshop, you’ll be guided through visualization and self-discovery to explore what true nourishment means to you. You’ll create your own “nourishment menu” and reconnect with intention and compassion for your well-being.

What Went Well

This is not a “review what you messed up” class. It’s a practice in seeing yourself clearly and kindly. This trains the brain to notice progress, reduce all-or-nothing thinking and carry confidence into the weekend!

Strength In Motion

Build strength and confidence as you move with purpose. This class uses a mix of bodyweight and weights-based exercises designed to challenge your muscles, improve posture, and increase stability. Whether you’re new to strength training or ready to push a little further, you’ll leave feeling strong, steady, and empowered.

Grace Notes

This class offers a blend of calm, uplift, and transformative energy, guiding you toward emotions that both energize and ground you. Think of it as a tending your inner world so you can begin the day feeling better on purpose.
