As birch & stone’s beloved podcast manager, Dani brings a blend of clarity, calm, and creative strategy to every project she touches.

A born-and-raised Vermonter, Dani believes in the power of seasonal living and sustainable pace. She helps visionary women reclaim their energy by handling the podcast tasks they don’t have time for—from editing and guest coordination to writing show notes and repurposing content with intention. With Dani, your podcast doesn’t just get done—it grows with you.

Before podcasting, Dani was a sought-after executive assistant known for turning chaos into clean workflows and vision into action plans. She launched her business in 2020 to support women with big missions and bigger hearts—and spent nearly two years running it from a camper van named Bianca, proof that structure and freedom aren’t mutually exclusive.

Now mostly settled (with solid Wi-Fi and a killer view), Dani continues to make life lighter for her clients—helping them lead with clarity, communicate with purpose, and keep their calendars a little more sacred.
