I’m Emily Brower—a life coach, teacher, and founder of birch & stone. More than anything, I’ve always wanted to build a large, connected community of women showing up for themselves and for each other. That’s exactly what birch & stone is: a coaching collective rooted in compassion, growth, and grounded transformation.

In my work, I help clients integrate new practices that support lasting change—from the inside out. Whether you’re navigating weight health, time management, or the messy middle of everyday life, I’ll help you reconnect to your power, presence, and purpose.

Even as a young girl, I knew I wanted to help people. I just didn’t know how—or if I’d ever find the courage to use my voice. Coaching gave me that voice. And now, it’s my life’s work to help you find yours.

When we work together, we explore the stories—both conscious and unconscious—that shape how you think, feel, and act. These stories often stem from childhood experiences, family systems, or well-worn beliefs. Left unchecked, they can loop in our minds and keep us stuck. Rebecca Reynolds.....

Movement that strengthens more than just your body.

Rebecca is a movement specialist with a gift for helping people reconnect with their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Vermont and over a decade of experience in oncology rehabilitation and community wellness, Rebecca brings both clinical expertise and heart to every session she leads.

A Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Cancer Exercise Specialist, Rebecca creates spaces where movement feels safe, empowering, and deeply supportive. Her approach goes far beyond traditional fitness—it’s about helping you feel strong in your body, grounded in your life, and connected to your own resilience.

 At birch & stone, Rebecca leads Made2Move—our movement class offered every Tuesday and Friday at 9:00am ET. These classes are designed to be accessible, energizing, and joyfully rooted in functional movement. Whether you’re new to exercise or rebuilding your relationship with it, Rebecca is here to meet you exactly where you are.

A dual-certified Health & Wellness and Life Coach, she brings both professional expertise and deep personal passion to this work. Her mission? To help you feel better in your body—not through restriction, deprivation, or punishing workouts—but through personalized support rooted in compassion, science, and real-life sustainability. No matter how much weight you want to lose or what wellness goals you carry, she’s here to walk alongside you with care, structure, and encouragement.

Her coaching blends practical tools in nutrition, movement, and mindset with a belief in the power of small, consistent steps. She specializes in supporting clients through lasting habit change, so you’re not just chasing results—you’re building a foundation you can live with (and love) for life.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her enjoying life in sunny South Florida with her husband, Neal.  A proud empty nester originally from Northern New Jersey, she’s also a Juilliard-trained musician and retired music teacher who deeply understands how rhythm, movement, and joy connect us to our bodies and to each other.
