The process of self-improvement is deep and can feel heavy at times, but it doesn't need to feel lonely.  Join a group of like-minded adults and come together each week to connect over topics of growth and coach on the emotions we feel as we work through that growth. Leave each call with clarity over your next action steps and what you need in order to take those steps successfully.

Community Guidelines for Group Participation:

To ensure birch & stone remains a safe and respectful space for all, the following agreements guide every live group session:

1. Speak from personal experience. (“I” statements)

2. No interrupting or coaching others. We hold space; we don’t fix.

3. Respect emotional pacing. Be mindful of time and tone when sharing.

4. Leave room for others. Everyone deserves space to be heard.

5. What’s shared here, stays here. Confidentiality is essential.

6. Take care of yourself. Step away, cry, breathe—do what you need.
