For the past 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people create healthier, happier lives through nutrition, movement, mindset, and accountability. As a health coach, yoga instructor, and runner, I know that wellness isn’t about being perfect—it’s about finding what works for you.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or strict rules. I believe in building habits that fit your real life, so they actually last.

My goal is to meet you where you are and help you take small, meaningful steps that add up over time. Whether you’re looking to improve your health, have more energy, feel stronger, or simply feel your best, we’ll find an approach that works for you.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me teaching yoga, out for a run, or spending time with my family.

Offering a flexible, balanced approach to nutrition that moves beyond rigid dieting and all-or-nothing thinking. A powerful reflection class designed to help you better understand the patterns, choices, and behaviors that shape your journey. Through guided, judgment-free reflection, you'll identify successes, recognize triggers, gain valuable insight, and create intentional next steps toward your goals. Whether you're focused on weight loss, movement, relationships, communication, or personal growth, this class provides a supportive space to learn from your experiences and move forward with greater awareness and purpose. 

Power Walking

A brisk, energizing walk to build endurance, boost your mood, and leave you feeling refreshed and strong. All levels welcome!
