The Rooted Coach Certification

Birch & Stone Coaching Certification  Next Cohort Begins the week of November 10th! Become a Certified Birch & Stone Coach This comprehensive certification program combines Part 1 and Part 2 into one transformational experience, giving you the knowledge, practical skills, mentorship, and confidence to coach others with compassion, integrity, and presence. Whether you're called to support caregivers, those navigating grief, or individuals seeking steadier ground through life's transitions, you'll receive the training and support to develop a coaching practice rooted in empathy and sustainable care. Your Certification Includes: Complete access to the combined Part 1 & Part 2 curriculum Live coaching and training sessions Guided practice and coaching demonstrations Downloadable worksheets, tools, and resources Feedback and mentorship throughout the program Supportive community of fellow certification students Certificate of Completion upon successfully meeting all program requirements This Program Is for You If You: Feel called to become a compassionate, confident coach Want a structured pathway to certification Desire practical coaching skills you can immediately apply Value connection, integrity, and heart-centered leadership Are ready to grow personally while learning to support others Investment Your enrollment includes the full Certification Program with all curriculum, live training, mentorship, and resources.   1. Do I have to want to be a coach? No. Many people join coaching programs for personal transformation. 

  2. Can I skip Part One? No. Your self-relationship is the foundation.

  3. Can I only take Part One? Yes.

  4. What if I can’t attend the Tuesday/Thursday classes live? Everything is recorded.

  5. What if I've never coached before? Great. We build from the beginning.

  6. What if I'm already certified? You’ll deepen skill, ethics, and presence.

  7. Are there refunds? Because of live teaching and immediate access, refunds are not available once the program begins. I’m happy to talk before purchasing.

  8. Will this certification run again? Probably. Not scheduled.
