Courtney Clark
Courtney Clark has been running since high school, but her journey is about more than miles—it’s about resilience. Staying committed hasn’t always been easy, yet through every challenge, running has remained her anchor for fitness and mental well-being. She’s conquered seven marathons, including the iconic Boston Marathon, pushed through a grueling 50K trail race, and embraced the camaraderie of two 24-hour Ragnar relays, along with countless other races.
For Courtney, running isn’t just a sport—it’s a testament to perseverance, proving that the hardest step is often the one that keeps you going. Now, she’s ready to meet you where you are and help you take that next step forward.
Motion to Momentum: A Gentle 5K Coaching Series
Motion to Momentum supports you in building movement from where you are — without pressure, proving, or perfection. This coaching series is designed for beginners, returners, and anyone who wants consistency without intensity.
Each week, you’ll follow a simple walking or walk-jogging plan on your own time, then come together for coaching and reflection. We’ll focus on staying connected when motivation fades, recommitting after missed days, and letting small steps build real momentum over time.
This is not about speed or performance. It’s about trust, capacity, and learning how to keep going — gently and sustainably.
