Emily Brower
Founder of birch & stone coaching collective
Creating a space where people stick together, grow together, and rise together.
I’m Emily Brower — a life coach, teacher, and the founder of birch & stone, a coaching collective centered on connection, compassion, and steady, sustainable growth.
At the heart of my work is a belief in community. I’ve always wanted to create a large space where people learn how to show up for themselves while also feeling supported by others. birch & stone grew from that vision and continues to evolve into a grounding place rooted in compassion, growth, and meaningful transformation.
In my coaching, I help clients integrate new practices that support lasting change from the inside out. Whether you’re navigating weight health, time and energy management, or feeling stuck in the messy middle of everyday life, I’ll help you reconnect to your power, presence, and purpose.
Even as a young girl, I knew I wanted to help people. I just didn’t know how—or if I’d ever find the courage to use my voice. Coaching gave me that voice and confidence. And now, it’s my life’s work to help you find yours.
When we work together, we explore the stories—both conscious and unconscious—that shape how you think, feel, and respond to life. Many of these stories and patterns stem from early childhood experiences, family systems, or well-worn beliefs. Left unchecked, they can loop in our minds and keep us stuck. But here’s the truth: you can learn to think differently. You can create a new experience in your life. I’d love to show you how.

CONNECT WITH COACH EMILY B.
All options are offered with care, confidentiality, and a steady, supportive approach.
Plan Your Week
Create a calendar/meal/exercise/work plan for your week that you feel confident in following. This is essentially a study hall session to plan your week with a coach available for questions and coaching on calendar and follow through.
Refreshed & Ready
Give yourself a midweek moment to breathe, reset, and get clear. In this workshop, we’ll slow down long enough to notice what’s weighing on your mind, sort through the mental clutter, and choose one simple next step that brings you back into focus. You’ll leave feeling lighter, steady, and ready to move through the rest of your week with clarity and confidence.
Love, Me
Take a pause to reconnect with yourself and your goals. Love, Me is a supportive class focused on building self-trust, strengthening follow-through, and creating a realistic plan for the days ahead. Through reflection, intention-setting, and practical strategies, you'll leave feeling more prepared to honor your commitments and care for yourself sustainably and achievably.
Just Begin
A gentle, encouraging class for anyone standing on the edge of something new and feeling unsure how to start. This class isn't about doing it perfectly or having a full plan. It's about learning how to take the first smell, honest step - and then the next one - without pressure, overwhelm, or self-criticism.
Steady Ground
A practical, supportive class for learning how to set clear boundaries and follow through on them without over-explaining or second-guessing yourself. Wel'll focus on what to say, how to hold the line, and how to care for the emotions that come up before and after you honor your needs.
