A dual-certified Health & Wellness and Life Coach, she brings both professional expertise and deep personal passion to this work. Her mission? To help you feel better in your body—not through restriction, deprivation, or punishing workouts—but through personalized support rooted in compassion, science, and real-life sustainability. No matter how much weight you want to lose or what wellness goals you carry, she’s here to walk alongside you with care, structure, and encouragement.
Her coaching blends practical tools in nutrition, movement, and mindset with a belief in the power of small, consistent steps. She specializes in supporting clients through lasting habit change, so you’re not just chasing results—you’re building a foundation you can live with (and love) for life.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her enjoying life in sunny South Florida with her husband, Neal. A proud empty nester originally from Northern New Jersey, she’s also a Juilliard-trained musician and retired music teacher who deeply understands how rhythm, movement, and joy connect us to our bodies and to each other.

You’ll create your own “nourishment menu” and reconnect with intention and compassion for your well-being.
Vision & Vibes
A grounding workshop to help you begin your day with intention instead of urgency. This is a quiet, pressure-free space to check in, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with what matters—today and in the season ahead. Through gentle reflection and feeling-based visioning, you’ll clarify how you want to show up, connect your day to your bigger picture, and leave feeling steadier, clearer, and calmly oriented toward what’s next.
