I approach this work with a deep belief that people can build competencies and true confidence at any stage of their career, even when the path forward isn't yet clear.

Before coaching, I spent over 30 years in “corporate America”. I often refer to myself as a “refuge.” IYKYK.

The joy of my career was building a sales professional and leadership development program. Leading the development of ~ 150 early career individuals who continue to build careers in leadership, sales, marketing, and more, was incredibly rewarding. The experiences I shared with high potentials pursuing better was the kind of special I hope to recapture with my coaching clients.

I've hired, fired, promoted, coached, and counseled. I have had more hard conversations than I could count including layoffs, behavioral coaching, fraud investigations, etc... I have been in tough situations myself, including early “retirement” package offerings and my job being eliminated. The challenges faced in business today are tough and changing every day. I have been there. I know what real change looks like, because I've lived, struggled, led, watched, and coached through it.

My work has centered around helping leaders and individual contributors at all levels identify what was necessary to find the best. The best culture, the best next step, the best exit, the best “begin again,” the best outcome, etc. We can work together to bring clarity and a logical path. My clients can count on honest feedback, true connection, a few laughs, and someone who will hold them accountable to their truth.

I’ll bring my ability to listen, ask the tough questions, and help uncover root cause. You bring your challenges, questions, and desire to find your best. I am excited to work with people who are ready to stop guessing and start building something they can count on - themselves.
