Rebecca is a movement specialist with a gift for helping people reconnect with their strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Vermont and over a decade of experience in oncology rehabilitation and community wellness, Rebecca brings both clinical expertise and heart to every session she leads.

A Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Cancer Exercise Specialist, Rebecca creates spaces where movement feels safe, empowering, and deeply supportive. Her approach goes far beyond traditional fitness—it’s about helping you feel strong in your body, grounded in your life, and connected to your own resilience.

 At birch & stone, Rebecca leads Made2Move—our movement class offered every Tuesday and Friday at 9:00am ET. These classes are designed to be accessible, energizing, and joyfully rooted in functional movement. A gentle yet empowering entry point into movement for everyday life. This 30 minute weekly session focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, and confidence through simple, functional movements.  Each class blends education and movement, helping participants understand WHY we move certain ways and HOW to build a foundation safely.
