Beth Kruger

Women’s Health & Midlife Coach

Beth Kruger has spent more than 20 years supporting women through life’s most transformative stages. She began her career as a childbirth educator and perinatal yoga and fitness teacher, guiding women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the hormonal changes of early motherhood. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of women’s health and the vital role hormones play in physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Building on that foundation, Beth became a certified Integrative Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and earned her certificate in Menopause Yoga. Her unique blend of training allows her to offer a holistic, practical, and compassionate approach to midlife and menopause—addressing not only physical symptoms, but also lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and mindset.

For over two decades, Beth has led women’s groups, workshops, and retreats, creating safe and supportive spaces where women can share openly, learn together, and find empowerment in community. She believes midlife is not the end of possibility but the beginning of a powerful new chapter—one where women can reconnect with themselves, set fresh boundaries, and embrace greater clarity and vitality.

Through her coaching and group programs, Beth combines evidence-based education with the wisdom that comes from walking this path herself. She is passionate about helping women navigate midlife with confidence, resilience, and joy.
