Your Weekly Rewind is transforming... 🪷

Hello! I'm Hayley, the new Birch & Stone Member Communications Specialist. Most of you have seen me in workshops here at Birch & Stone, but you may not know that I recently began to work with the collective on transforming the Weekly Rewind newsletter into something new. Something special. Something that really celebrates what Birch & Stone is all about.
It's a fitting weekend to begin that transformation, because today is the Fourth of July -- and the 250th birthday of the United States, where most of our members are located. It's a weekend of togetherness, celebration, reflection, and one big question: "Where are we going next?"
Those are all things that I associate with the wonderful experience of Birch & Stone, too. The last seven days in Signature and Core Mastermind workshops, we explored those very ideas through sing-along music, joyful dance, powerful action towards self-love and healthy habits (Plan Pivot!), and the first Birch & Stone Sobriety Circle meeting.
Whether singing the "na-na-na's" in "Hey Jude" together with Coach Emily M. or sitting with silence with Coach Beth, this week Birch & Stone members also worked towards an ideal that is deeply embedded in the Fourth of July...
The pursuit of happiness.

That's a big part of why I'm leaning into the idea of bloomscrolling for our weekly newsletter rather than a simple rewind. "Bloomscrolling" is the opposite of doomscrolling... it is to find moments of joy, play, and connection online, rather than succumbing to despair or numbness. (Plus, we are all blooming together in workshops and in the Birch & Stone Community on the app!)
We are working hard in our pursuit of happiness, and we deserve to look forward.
